Fleet Details
Our mobile plants are ideal for projects of 50 to 50,000 cubic metres, producing from 15 to 100 cubic metres per hour of quality assured concrete. The Plant can be mobilised at very short notice, producing quality concrete within 48hrs of arrival on site. |

Material Storage
All sand and aggregates are stock piled separately contained in concrete material bins with identification signs detailing each product. Cement is transported to site and stored in pressurised silo’s ranging from 14 Ton to 100 Ton capacity. All concrete additives are stored in 205 Litre or 1000 Litre pods and dispensed into the mix using high accuracy flow metres. Water storage ranges from 2,500 Litre sub tanks on the batching plants up to 150,000 Litre water tanks. This includes 22,000 Litre insulated ISO tanks to ensure water is kept cool once pumped through our water chillers. |

Chilled Water
Water cooling is often overlooked, and is an essential requirement to counter the harsh climate and extreme temperatures encounter in the northern parts of Australia. Without chilled water the mix can become unreliable leading to breach of the specification, leading to possible structural consequences. All our batching plants are equipped with specialist water cooling systems capable of chilling the required volume of water down to approx 6 - 9 degrees. |

Batch Monitoring
Concrete batching is controlled and monitored remotely from within air conditioned control rooms. All batching is controlled using computerised batching systems, monitored and then recorded. Regular batch testing is carried out as per client’s requirements and Australian Standards by our highly trained Concrete Logistics personnel. |
